Chocolate Bliss Balls
Ingredients

1 cup cashews

3/4 cup pitted dates

1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder

1/8 cup raw honey

Method

Combine all ingredients in a food processor or blender until crumbly.

The mixture will look like it isn't going to hold together, but when you press it into your fingers, it will (if it doesn't, you can add a little more honey or another date or two). Roll them between your hands into the size you want.

May be kept room temperature or in the refrigerator.
