This book is an enlightening read about what it was like for the Jewish people in the Warsaw Ghetto during the Nazi occupation of World War 2. It is only recommended for mature readers as some of the things that happened to the people in the ghetto can be very hard to ready about.

Whatever is coming, we'll face it together, as a family. As long as we're together, we'll be okay. For Miri and her family, life in Warsaw is full of simple joys.
